Should any patient wish to make a complaint to an external body, they should contact Cosmetic Redress (a Government authorised consumer redress scheme), Save Face (a Professional Standards Authority accredited register, recognised by the Government, The Department of Health and NHS England), or the General Medical Council (the public body that maintains the official register of medical practitioners within the United Kingdom.).
